Cowichan MTB Trike Try-It Day
Interested in trying adaptive mountain biking? This is your chance to get on the trails and experience it firsthand.
RAD Recreation Adapted Society, alongside Cowichan Trail Stewardship Society (CTSS), is hosting a Mountain Bike Try-It Day at Mount Tzouhalem in the Cowichan Valley. This hands-on session is designed for anyone curious about adaptive riding, offering a relaxed and supportive space to explore the equipment, ask questions, and build confidence on the trails.

If you own—or know someone who owns—used, broken, or for-sale adaptive outdoor recreation gear, please reach out to us. We’re looking for it all, and we have the tools and skills to repair and restore equipment so it can get back into action.
