​Welcome to the Langford GearBox—RAD Society’s first permanent adaptive gear library, located in the heart of Langford, BC. Whether you’re hitting the trails, paddling the lakes, or rolling the streets, we’ve got the gear to get you moving!

 

This flagship location is equipped with a wheelchair-friendly, height-adjustable workbench, a stocked tool bench for minor repairs and customizations, and—most importantly—a growing inventory of adaptive outdoor equipment ready to rent.

What's Available?


We’re adding to the collection regularly, but current equipment includes:

  • Mountain Trike - all-terrain wheelchair for gravel, grass, and trails

  • Access Trax - portable access mats for sand, grass, and uneven ground

  • Wave Ski - sit-on-top surf-style board

  • Handcycles - various styles and sizes for different ability levels

Weekly bike rides every Tuesday 5-7pm at Langford Gearbox.
